Loeb calls for moving the discussion away from stories, authority and reputation and toward measurable material. A remarkable claim becomes scientifically useful only when other researchers can inspect the data, understand how it was collected and attempt to reproduce the analysis.
What UAP material needs
An original file, time and location, sensor specifications, calibration, range, environmental conditions and chain of custody help distinguish a physical object from an atmospheric event, known aircraft or system artifact.
Much of the relevant material sits in classified military systems. Security redactions may be justified, but when the public receives only a compressed clip or screenshot, serious independent analysis is usually impossible.
The sound position is neither automatic belief nor reflexive dismissal. Demand data that permits external testing, and always separate an authoritative source from sufficient evidence.
