Anna Paulina Luna: what the congresswoman saw and why she speaks of interdimensional beings
Representative Anna Paulina Luna said publicly that briefings and photographs convinced her that technology exists which was not made by humanity. She also used the phrase interdimensional beings, but did not release the material supporting her conclusion. It is an unusual political statement, not evidence available for independent examination.
Luna made the remarks on episode 2365 of The Joe Rogan Experience, released on August 13, 2025, and repeated the position in a Fox News interview in February 2026. She chairs the House Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets.
The photographs, briefers, briefing dates, sensor data and precise definition of interdimensional have not been released. The public cannot determine whether the material shows unusual physics, a classified system, interpretation or incomplete intelligence.
What Luna actually said
Speaking with Joe Rogan, Luna said that without entering classified conversations, people she considered credible had reported movements outside time and space. She added that photographs she had seen made her confident that some things were not created by mankind. The distinction matters: she did not say the public possesses proof of an interdimensional being. She said inaccessible material convinced her personally.
The Air National Guard incident
Luna recalled an airspace incursion while she served as an airfield manager at the Portland Air National Guard Base. Aircrew members appeared disturbed and declined to explain what they had seen, she said. Luna did not see the object herself, and the public account includes no flight report, radar record or video. The episode helps explain her interest but does not verify her later interpretation.
The word sounds scientific but was not defined as a physical model in the interview. In physics, dimensions are mathematical components of space and time; that does not establish beings moving between them. In UAP discussion the term may refer to apparently impossible motion, consciousness or an alternative to visitors from another planet. Without measurements, the word labels an interpretation more than it explains a mechanism.
Luna is an elected official with access to classified briefings and leads a House body focused on declassification. Her statement is newsworthy. A classified briefing, however, may contain preliminary reporting, unidentified material or an analyst's assessment. Classification certifies sensitivity, not truth. It may protect the sensor or military capability rather than the identity of the object recorded.
An unusual photograph can depict foreign technology, a U.S. classified system, a sensor artifact, an ordinary object viewed deceptively or a genuinely unresolved event. Apparent impossible motion can change when range, angle, platform movement and stabilization are known. Luna may also have received genuinely compelling material. Her confidence alone cannot separate those possibilities for the public.
Investigators need the original file, metadata, sensor information, sequence before and after, and date and location, or at least a technical report stripped of sensitive details. A claim of movement outside time and space requires measurements and a model distinguishing it from ordinary motion. Sworn testimony from briefers would add accountability but still would not replace data.
Luna has done one significant thing: she attached her name and office to a claim politicians once whispered. That increases the public cost of silence. Yet a classified wall still separates a convinced member of Congress from a public able to test the evidence. Until the photographs and analysis emerge, interdimensional is a dramatic headline looking for evidence, not a scientific finding looking for a name.
