The document instead describes a way of operating equipment. Testing it requires knowing what signal was emitted, when it was emitted and what happened in control conditions. A meditation experiment poses a different challenge: separating human intention from coincidence, expectation or a retrospective decision that something in the sky was a response. Names include Tetra, described as tetrahedral, and Tic Tac, described as cylindrical. The intention is to compare shape, behaviour and signatures across sensors. The site expressly describes an evolving classification and exploratory hypotheses, rather than conclusive scientific facts. A catalogue can organize material, but names and shapes alone do not establish an object’s origin. The underlying observations matter more than the illustration used to represent each category. The US Army describes it as the Defense Department’s largest fully instrumented outdoor test range. That provides relevant context for a story involving sensors and interceptions, but the range’s stated role does not confirm the operation Coulthart describes. The range's public description supplies no date, responsible unit, sensor records or target identification for the alleged operation. Those details are missing from the link between the established site and the activity Coulthart attributes to it. That supports a public connection to the project’s research side. The document does not show Nolan taking part in bringing objects down, running an operation at White Sands or receiving an order from a president.
