The on screen identifiers led to the Swedish public broadcaster's archive, where the sequence appears on May 1, 2026 at about 02:20. September 3 was the date of renewed circulation, not the recording. ## The official broadcast contains the lights The SVT logo, Näset camera name and Övre älven 039 label appear on screen. The same lights appear in SVT's continuous recording, so they were not added only to the September repost. The copy received by the newsroom was reduced and compressed; the raw camera file was not released. ## Movement continues through the sequence One light appears first and additional points then become visible across different parts of the sky. Some maintain a consistent apparent direction and vary in brightness. The limited resolution cannot establish whether they are one object, several objects or targets at different distances. ## Editorial hypothesis: could insects explain the images?
